My standing appointment at Christian Roy’s is with Savanna but she is expecting her 3rd child. She reached out to reschedule me with Leslie from the time she delivers & to cover her maternity leave. I met Leslie for the first time this morning. She was engaging and looked at the cut & styling Samantha gave me 5 weeks earlier. I left the salon completely satisfied with my haircut and the look. Leslie was perfect. In retrospect, I’ve been with Christian Roy for 6-7 years and everyone works together as a team. It is a relaxed and quiet work environment. I’m happy to have found them

From the moment you enter, you are greeted promptly and the services are promptly delivered yet not at all rushed- in fact, they have created a very relaxing environment, yet in a timely, efficient, and enjoyable manner. They seek to understand what clients want, listen well, and deliver the results to meet customer satisfaction.

Lisa is amazing with cuts and color! I have difficult hair, but she always finds the best solutions and suggests great products. My hair color looks nice and natural,and I get compliments on the styling.

I came in and asked how much an appointment would be for a partial foil for long, thick hair. In person, so they could see the hair they would be working with to get as accurate a price as possible. Was told $86. I asked, “even though she has long, thick hair?” Was confirmed that it was being booked with a “junior stylist” so yes, $86. Booked the appointment only to be charged another $60+ for “additional color” at check-out. I’m not upset about paying for it, I’m disappointed that the answer that I received wasn’t “$86 unless over such amount of color is needed then it would be ____” OR communication during the process that the total was going to be almost double what I was told.

Carrie was great. She did exactly what I wanted her to do. Unlike some stylist I have been to in the past in other salons.
